Our story
We built Sprint Track because enterprise teams deserved better.
The delivery platform we wanted to use ourselves. Built for the scale, security, and reporting demands of regulated enterprises. Skeptical of tool sprawl. Engineered for compliance from line one.
Founded in 2022 after our founders spent a decade watching enterprise teams drown in tool sprawl.
The problem we set out to solve
Five tabs, three duplicate datasets, zero source of truth.

Five tabs for one source of truth
Enterprise teams were running on a PM tool plus Confluence plus Slack plus a separate reporting tool plus the AI assistant that landed on top of everything else. Five tabs, three duplicate datasets, and a Slack thread that the audit trail will never see.

Compliance as an afterthought
Most project management tools were built for startups and bolted compliance on later. Teams cannot find out who a vendor shares their data with. They cannot get a straight answer on how long anything is kept. Public sector teams give up and run the work in spreadsheets.

AI promised, AI undelivered
Every PM platform shipped an AI sticker in 2023. Most of them were a chatbot stapled to a to-do list. Real teams need automation that understands their work context, their decisions, and the rules of how their organisation actually runs.

Sprint Track founded
Two engineering leads, three years of watching enterprise teams drown in tool sprawl, and a conviction that compliance had to be built in from line one.
2023Q1
First ten enterprise customers
Healthcare, financial services, and regulated public sector teams placed the first ten production bets. Each one shaped the compliance roadmap.
2023Q3
Enterprise identity release
Business Associate Agreements, PHI safeguards, and audit trail in production. The healthcare design partners unblocked rollout the same week.
2024Q2
Encrypted connector vault
Bring your own encryption key with AWS KMS, GCP KMS, or HashiCorp Vault. The unblocker for every CISO procurement review in regulated industries.
2024Q4
Built-in AI agent layer
Sprint Planner, Meeting Summarizer, and Risk Detector ship with the platform. The open agent layer lets teams plug in their own ChatGPT-compatible model.
2025Q3
500+ enterprise teams across 30 countries
Active workspaces span 30+ countries with regional residency in US, EU, and APAC. Sprint Track now powers delivery for healthcare networks, banks, and government agencies.

Ship with context.
Good delivery is not just speed. It is knowing why you are building what you are building. Every feature ships with the decision trail attached.

Privacy as a default.
We do not bolt on compliance, and we do not overstate it. Our DPA, sub-processor list, and retention schedule are published rather than available on request, and our security page names the certifications we do not hold.

Enterprise-worthy.
If it does not work for a 10,000-person organisation, it does not ship. Every release is reviewed against the bar a regulated buyer will hold us to.

Transparency over optics.
We tell customers what we are building, what is broken, and what we do not yet know. The roadmap, the incident log, and the changelog are public.
