This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of Sprint Track, provided by Axceera (Pvt) Ltd. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions, and the definitions used there apply here.
This policy exists so that Sprint Track stays safe, lawful, and reliable for every customer. It is maintained separately from the Terms so that it can be kept current as abuse patterns change, without amending the underlying contract.
1. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use Sprint Track to:
- Violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right.
- Upload malware, exploit code, destructive files, or harmful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account, workspace, project, file, document, or system.
- Interfere with the integrity, availability, security, or performance of the service.
- Probe, scan, penetration test, or vulnerability test the service without written authorization.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Send spam, phishing messages, fraudulent communications, or abusive content.
- Harass, threaten, defame, discriminate against, or harm another person.
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, authority, or workspace membership.
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract data except through documented product features, documented APIs, or written permission.
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits, spend limits, entitlements, permissions, approval gates, or billing controls.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties except as expressly permitted in writing.
2. Restricted Data
Unless Axceera has expressly agreed in writing to that use, you must not submit to Sprint Track:
- Protected health information;
- Full payment card numbers or financial account credentials;
- Government identification numbers;
- Biometric data;
- Children's data;
- Any other highly regulated or special-category data.
Sprint Track is a project and work management product. It is not designed, certified, or contracted for regulated data of these kinds.
3. AI Features
Where AI features are enabled for your workspace, you must not:
- Use them to generate unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.
- Submit content you do not have the right to submit to a third-party AI provider.
- Attempt to extract model weights, system instructions, or another customer's content.
- Use automated means to generate load beyond normal interactive use, or otherwise to evade spend limits.
- Rely on AI output as the sole basis for a decision with legal, financial, medical, safety, or similarly significant consequences.
AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing it before acting on it.
4. APIs, Integrations, and Automation
Automated access must use our documented APIs and respect published rate limits and authentication requirements.
You are responsible for integrations you connect, for the credentials you supply to them, and for the content those integrations cause to be transmitted. You must not use an integration to move data out of a workspace you are not authorized to export from.
5. External Project Shares
If you create an external project share, you are responsible for who you give it to and for the content it exposes. You must not use shares to circumvent workspace permissions or to distribute content you are not authorized to distribute.
6. Reporting Abuse
Report suspected abuse, security issues, or violations of this policy to hello@sprintrack.com. Please include enough detail for us to investigate.
7. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts or workspaces, or terminate access, as described in section 16 of the Terms and Conditions.
We will act proportionately and, where practical and lawful, give notice and an opportunity to remedy. Where a violation creates immediate risk to the service, to other customers, or to any person, we may act without prior notice.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified as described in section 20 of the Terms and Conditions. The "Last updated" date and version above always reflect the current version.
