01 · What are modules?

Modules are chapters. Cycles are weeks.

A module collects every issue needed to ship a feature, complete a launch, or close out a deliverable. It stays open until the outcome is done. A cycle is a fixed time window your team commits to. The same issue can live in both at once.

02 · Create and organise

Spin up a module in under a minute.

Name the module, add a one-line description, pick a lead, set a date range, and pull issues from the backlog by label, assignee, or filter. Track the module through a clear status pipeline as the work moves forward.
